By placing an order on this website, you agree and accept VetPowered’s policies and conditions outlined below. If you have any questions, please call us for clarification.

Payment

VetPowered accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express bank debit and credit cards. Personal checks are no longer an accepted form of payment. You may pay online via our online payment system or may call and give your credit card information over the phone. Products may also be purchased in-store with cash.

Shipping on all domestic orders completely free!

Shipping

Custom and handmade items in-stock will be shipped within 72 hours; backordered items will be shipped within one week of being manufactured.  Shipping options such as UPS Ground, 2-Day, and Next-Day are available for all other lightweight (<40lb) items for an extra cost represented in your shopping cart.

Back Ordered Items

Due to increasing demand for items “Made by Veterans in San Diego” many of our hand-made and custom items are taking between 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture.  If you require something made faster, please call us to discuss expediting fees.

If your order will be delayed more than one week, we will attempt to contact you.

30-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Product must show no visible signs of damage or abuse. Please see below for return instructions on returning a product for a refund/exchange.

Refund Policy – Product must have been bought within the last 30 days and show no visible signs of damage or abuse and must be in the original packaging. You will receive a credit via your original method of payment. Monetary refunds and/or product exchange will only be granted on items purchased directly from VetPowered. After we receive your item, please allow 10 – 14 business days for processing and issuance of credit. Please note that we can only refund shipping costs for an error on our part.

Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • All customized and personalized items, such as personalized engraving on AR-15 and AR-10 cleaners.
  • Items missing their serial number (if applicable).

We hope you get your item in perfect condition.  However…things happen. If you happen to get something that was damaged in shipping, please take a picture of the damaged item (and packaging material) and contact us immediately (and keep all packaging materials) so that we can make a damage claim with the shipping company.

Lifetime Warranty

VetPowered is committed to your needs and guarantees a lifetime warranty on all VetPowered Products. We will repair or replace your VetPowered product at no charge to you, and if we cannot repair your product we will replace it with a product in equal or better physical condition. Return shipping charges will apply.

We don’t care what, when, where, why, or how it happened. You can count on:

  • Unlimited Lifetime Warranty
  • Fully transferable
  • No warranty card to fill out

The only thing the lifetime warranty will not cover is loss, theft, or deliberate damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance of the product, or use contrary to VetPowered’s user manuals.

Return Instructions

To return a product for repair, replacement, refund, or warranty redemption please email info@vetpowered.com or call 619.269.7116 and ask for Tech Support during business hours (Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1700hrs Pacific Standard Time).  If your product problem cannot be resolved over the telephone, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item (return shipping costs covered by the customer). Products will not be accepted without an RMA number!

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Within 5 business days of inspecting the item we will notify you of the status of your refund/exchange. If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit pursuant to your card issuer’s policies.
